I’M BROOKE
I’m a self-taught baker turned bakery owner (the dream, right!?)
I’ve always loved baking. Growing up in a small town I would spend my weekends and time after school whipping up a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies with my mum, always eating more than my fair share of cookie dough along the way.
I turned my love for baking into my full time career when I opened my first bakery. The long 15 hour days in the kitchen would pass by quickly as I was learning along the way, always willing to try new things.
Now I’m excited to share with you everything I have learned in my debut cookbook Bake with Brooki and online baking classes of the same name.
How I Started My Blogging Journey
When I first started blogging, I saw it as a way to document my travels, share my love for vintage styles, and express my unique perspective on interior design. But over time, as more people started to connect with my content, I realized that blogging was more than just a hobby.
